  • AMAZING spot! Awesome little tiny home on a beautiful property! Spacious tiny home and the hosts have thought of everything! We loved seeing the peacocks every morning. Very close to several wineries and a quick 15-20 minute drive to Sedona. We really loved our time here and would love to return in the spring!

  • What can I say except “By the Rocks” is THE BEST Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. I loved it so much I wanted to buy it :) I’ve spent a majority of the pandemic traveling throughout the western part of the U.S., staying in different Airbnb’s along the way. I’ve had really amazing experiences so didn’t think anything could be better. This property proved me wrong. To top it all off, the owner’s property manager (Folsom Management) was an incredible host. They checked in regularly and even helped me out with a couple of deliveries while I was out of town. Do yourself a favor and book this property. Like I said, it’s worth every penny!

  • “The house was exactly as advertised. It was a wonderful place to stay, not only the house but it was only a block away from the main strip if you wanted to walk down there and shop. Sedona is amazing, if you have never been there I highly recommend it. I highly recommend this house, it was wonderfully set up and everyone was very communicative and quick to reply if we had any questions.”
